The intricacy of the human body is such that it allows every single person to be unique, but similar in many ways. Without proper hydration, a body’s organs, muscles, and internal systems would never be able to operate as necessary. Working out, playing sports and other forms of physical activity can cause sweat, which results in a loss of water. Inability to replace this water will leave someone feeling dehydrated. While it might feel difficult to maintain a hydration schedule, there are plenty of ways that people can better prioritize hydration and help with water replacement. For example, drinking a glass of water before any meals is a great start. Similarly, many people will find a way to carry a reusable water bottle with them throughout the day.
